• Visa copy (Yellow copy)

• Medical Reports from GAMCC approved Center (located at MESCO Diagnostic Centre , Dar-ul - shifa ,Hyderabad)

• Marriage Certificate for spouse visa

• Sponsor Passport copy, Iqama copy, Visa copy

• Indian Company Registration Copy

• Company Covering Letter

• Letter from Chamber of Commerce
